instance cannot start

Hi folks,
Could you help give me any hints to solve this?

I have one RAC, Node1 because of OS crash,happened reboot, then after reboot,we cannot start instance any more.and oralce version is 10.2.0.1.because customer donot want any upgrade.so I don't know if exist any bug for this. and error information is below:
