Unable to close a Discrete Job

Hi,

We have a discrete job with a status 'Failed Close'. This job was created during Feb-12 and the components also issued completely. There is no open quantity to issue, but Job-History still shows remaining 1 quantity. Also, not sure how this job has Closed date. (Please refer to the screen-shot for details). Is it due to any data corruption ? How to resolve this ?

Please advise.
