Bank Account changes in R12 compared to 11i

Hi,
I am currently working for an upgrade project and also new to finance modules. There is a package in 11i which  uses AP_BANK_ACCOUNT_USES_ALL table. I was told this table is replaced in R12. But in metalink I have come across multiple documents. One stating it is replaced by CE_BANK_ACCT_USES_ALL(1290116.1) and another stating it is replaced by IBY_PMT_INSTR_USES_ALL(987382.1). Hence kindly request any one of you to help me out on this.
