How do I find out the version of the Apache server and Forms/Report engine that is shipped together

Hi,
My organization had implemented EBS R12.1.3 early this year and is configured by external vendor. We want to know the versions of the Apache Server and Form/Reports engine that are shipped together with the product? How can I check?
