Renaming a zfs pool storage that is currently included in the cluster resource group

 Hi Guys,
Please help me on this one. We currently have 3 Zpool storage each acting as separate cluster resources
(appspool,datapool & dbpool). All those storage pools resides in a SUNstoragetek array. Now, we want to
replace our current storage with a EMC VNX storage. I already presented new volumes from the EMC storage
and created them into pools also namely new_appspool, new_datapool & new_dbpool.

We want to rename all our cluster resource zfs pool into another name, let's say old_appspool then rename 
the newly created pools (new_appspool) from the EMC storage with appspool. So, in that way, the cluster
