How to load price break modifiers using pricing API and custom table

 Hello,  

 I have an error when trying to build a script for loading price break modifiers using API and custom table were data is stored. If I define in the script, in an explicit way, the price break modifier line with associated price break details, for example two price breaks, of type 'new price', based on item volume, everything is working fine.

 But when I move the data in a custom table and process the details using a cursor with same details - one line, for price break header, and two lines for price break details, I get below error message. Any suggestion or remark about this is highly appreciated.
