Negative TRANSACTION_SOURCE_ID In MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS

Hello,

I would like to know if anybody has a datafix for below given issue.

We are facing issue with uncosted transactions with Costed flag as N. So we are unable to close the period. When we debug it further it is observed that TRANSACTION_SOURCE_ID In MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS is showing Negative with 10 digits.

When I checked the same on metalink I receive below note

 RCA/Datafix: Negative TRANSACTION_SOURCE_ID In MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS [ID 803790.1]

But couldnot get any datafix statement for this. We have raised a SR for this. however to get the quick resolution can anybody pls help me by providing datafix for this.
