WIP Completion Putaway

Hi Gurus

WMS enabled org running with 11.5.10.2.

In that Two FG subinventory among them one is enabled LPN and Cartonization other is not. We need prepack option in Mobile or PWB

Also we have putaway rule for WIP completion based on the item category, some of the finished good should go non LPN controlled subinventory and others should go to LPN  and cartonization enabled Subinventory with Packed and labelled condition.

When i complete the job to LPN enabled subinventory, the mobile is not asking any LPN number. Also not able to pack using packing or mobile packing. What could be the issue? how can i proceed above scenario?
