Reverse termination error

Dear all members ,

when i tried to reverse termination of employee , i faced this error FRM-40735 ON-UPDATE trigger raised unhandled exception ora-01422 .

How i can solve it , and what is the problem actualy ?

Any solution would be appreciated.
