Modifier is applying on List Price instead of Unit Selling Price on Sales order

Hi,

Modifier is applying on List Price instead of Unit Selling Price on Sales order

We have created modifier to calculate freight charges on sales order line, We have seperate Modifier for Discount

Modifier 1 : Created for discount calculation of order line

This modifier is applied based on qualifier condition and it applied after book sales order

Modifier 2 : Created for calculation of Freight charges

This modifier is applied based on qualifier condition and it applied after shipped the sales order line

It suppose to apply and calculate on Unit selling price Instead of List price and get final charges but it is applying on List Price which is wrong as per businss
