Golden Gate replicat error

hi there,
i have been setup a golden gate replication between two oracle database version 11.2.0.3 (golden gate version is 11.2.1.0.1). today i got below error

OGG-00199 Oracle GoldenGate devlivery for oracle, repname: table tbname does not exist in target database.

also i don't have this table on my source database.

with mentioned error my repicate process has been failed and when ever i stared it i got mentioned error again.
how can i solve this problem.
