Need to patch older oracle server

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
To be compliant we need to patch Oracle Database Server 10.2.0.1.0 On Windows 32 bit Server.  The only patch recommended/available is 5904430 for Workflow, we do not have workflow 2.6.4 on this server.  What patch do I need to remain compliant?
