entered amounts for journal are not balanced

We are trying to do an upload into GL from WebADI.  Are document keeps saying that entered amounts for journal 1 are not balanced.  However the total amount for the debit and credits for the whole sheet match.  Has anyone had this issue?  Let me know if i need to be in the GL community and not WebADI community.  file attached.
