Slow select statement diagnosis

I have an intermitent problem where a session runnijng SQL runs very slowly  I went through the normal steps of looking at dead locks, other locks, blocked sessions, went rhough all the lgos files. The session simply seems to slow down. I suspect this is related back to an applicatin issue but I need to prove that the issue exists. Since it appears the session is slow the developers suspect a DB issue.

This is an older application we just moved from Solaris 10 running Oracle 10 to Linux 5.8 running Oracle 11.2.0.2. The problem existed on both server and both DBs. So I am trying to isolate the problem at the very least. I would think this would rule out any O/S issues. Here is the query it is running for the last 24 hours. Of note this is a persistent connection used by the application. I have changed some of the values as this is a production system and I did not want to post real data.

Howdy, Stranger!
