Inconsistency with adalldefaults in R12

Problem Description

When running adpatch in R12, we are finding that autoconfig puts adalldefaults.txt in $APPL_TOP/admin/<dbname>.  For adpatch to find this (even with defaultsfile=  parameter), we need to set $TWO_TASK to <dbname>.  However, when we do this, DBNAME value in adalldefaults.txt does not match $TWO_TASK (because we set TWO_TASK to dbname).

How do we run autoconfig and adpatch without modifications
