UCM 10G ORA-00001: unique constraint (CONTR.DOCUMENTS_DISPRIMARY) violated ?

Hi o all,

 

Today I found the following error in one of the 2 servers that we have running the UCM service

 

server1: Event generated by user '******' at host 'gestiondocumental.*******.corp'. Content item 'CONTR20316916' was not successfully checked in. The primary and alternate files must have different extensions

 

After this the system shows the following error:

 

server1: Event generated by user '******' at host 'gestiondocumental.********.***. Unable to execute service CHECKIN_NEW and function docRefinery. 

ORA-00001: unique constraint (CONTR.DOCUMENTS_DISPRIMARY) violated

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (CONTR.DOCUMENTS_DISPRIMARY) violated

 

Both servers are behind a network  balancer, I have seen that the first error can be avoid using the parameter AllowSamePrimaryAlternateExtensions=true in the path: /config/config.cfg.
