Creating Data template - how to link two queries together

Hello All,
I am new to this BI Publisher and Data template. We used to do it a different way for 11i. I have two querries, the first query is for an RFQ header while the second query is for the RFQ line. How can I have the rfq line query retrieve data based on the po_header_id in the RFQ header query. i think I am close and have followed "Oracle XML Publisher Administration and Developer's Guide, but I can't find a good example of joining two groups and queries?

Note, i changed the template to .txt it will not let me upload a .xml
