Error with Logistics line

Hi,

We are not able to book lines under logistics line for a particular repair order. There was already a line booked under this repair order. When we looked at the line with issue further, we relased that this line (which we selected and clicked on "Enter") has a order number but no line numbers.  When we look at order, this item is not there on the order. It wouldn;t let us cancel the line under logistics line (even though order number is there) nor book it.

As this issue is specific to one RO, we were looking at some quick fox anyone can suggest before looking at the option of data fix.
