11.2.0.3 has 125 patches since the last CPU (the 4.8G one)

Apologies if this is a repeat post -- I searched and couldn't find the original.

I'm installing 11.2.0.3, and it's the 10404530 patch from Nov 2011.  I did a search of patches, and found 125 patches for 11.2.0.3.  Is that correct?  No quarterly CPUs/SPUs this year.  And, patch 14 is due out in Jan 2013.  Am I getting any of that wrong, and -- if it is true -- seems I'd be better off waiting for 11.2.0.4 at this point? 

I'm on Windows 2008 (64-bit).
