How to Monitor a BUG through My Oracle Support

There is a way for a customer to manually monitor a bug by adding it to their favorites.

How to Monitor the Bug through My Oracle Support:

The following steps allow you to review the status of your bug in My Oracle Support:

A.  Log into My Oracle Support.

B.  From the Search Knowledge Base field on the top right corner of MOS, enter your bug number in the text field and click the Go (magnifying glass) icon.

C.  Click the title of the Bug.

D.  At the top right corner of the page, click on the Favorites icon to allow you to add the bug as a Favorite and to monitor the bug from your Dashboard using the Favorites link.
