Equal but Opposite mismatches between Unearned Revenue and Unbilled Revenue

All,

Here is the problem, there has been a persistence occurence of equal and opposite mismatches between (unearned revenue) and  (unbilled revenue).  Would anyone know why this is happening? And will you have a solution to the issue, any input will be greatly appreciated. We are on Oracle Rel 11.i, Version 11.5.10.2.
