Award Template Error Messages

Hi,

Trying to utilize Award Template to setup New Award and error messages of "the date entered is out of scope of the GL period" and "the Award Allowed Cost Schedule entered is invalid. Please enter a valid Award Allowed Cost Schedule"

I have retraced implementation steps.  What may I be missing?
