Help to stand up a sandbox for rehearsing Agile patching

We have the DB and the WLS app and webservice running but having the following issues.

1)  When checking the Filemanager Configuration screen I'm getting the following prompt.

"A username and password are being requested by http://myfm1.mydomain.com:8080.  The site says: "Agile realm".

If I enter the ifsuser credentials, it accepts the credentials and displays a white page with only the words "File server is up and running..."

What is the default ifsuser password

2) I've copied exactly the LDAP configuration from Production instance for both the WLS console, agile realm, ActiveDirectory provider and also for the Agile Java Client LDAP Node.
