stucked Unprocessed shipping transactions in INV periods

 Hi,

i have records stuck in  Unprocessed shipping transactions in INV periods. And i have process them with perfect accounts and costs.Now sales order related to this are clear. But still there are same records lies in this column. How to clear this, also is there any implications if we close the INV periods.
