hi I'm looking for database level security level . please provide details for following. oracle RAC version 11.2.0.3

 1. How  user login  authenticate levels.  how to do it.
 2. Database level data protect methods
 3. RMAN backup authenticate level.
4. user log in / log out logs maintain level
