Messy code in bi publisher (non-English language)
I startup bi publisher with root ,
when I create a new report folder (or a new report) with Chinese name ,its corresponding directory name appears 'root娴?璇?' in the os system ,and the ownership is root.
see below:
ll /oracle/obi/xmlp/XMLP/Reports/
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 12-06 15:02 root娴?璇?

but when i visit it by browser ,log in ,enter home page ,all Chinese show well .
i try to change the ownership of the directory to oracle.dba and startup Bi publisher with oracle .
then i can not see the folder any more after login .
how to fix this ?
I store the report template and sql script in the file system .
