Patch :14791828 - Oracle General Ledger - 12.1.3 - patch:14791828 which resolved the issue in Englis

Hi Team,
English-language patch worked OK, but Polish and Romanian WFT and LDT Workers
are failing with (eg):

 Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to POLISH
A database error occurred:
   ORA-20001: Oracle error -20001: ORA-20001: Oracle error -12705: ORA-12705: Cannot access NLS data files or invalid environment specified
 has been detected in fnd_global.set_nls.set_parameter('NLS_LANGUAGE','POLISH').
 has been detected in fnd_global.set_nls.
   ORA-06512: at "APPS.APP_EXCEPTION", line 72
   ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_GLOBAL", line 265
 Unable to determine the language code for the current session
