Configuration selected, System shows 'Invalid Configuration' error on booking , But configurator not
Dear all,
We created a new ATO Sales order and all items for the configuration is selected and saved. Then tried to book the order, but Booking Shown an Error "Configuration Validation Resulted in an Error(s)" But when we tried to open the configurator again , system shows the message "Configurator Processing. Please wait..." and Window is not opening also.
This is a high value configuration, so we are struggling. Will anyone give a solution suggestion....
