RPAS 13.3.1 Fusion Client - Taskflow and Foundation Connectable solutions error

Hi,

While installing to fusion client and trying to connect to a RPAS domain, the ' NO CONNECTABLE SOLUTIONS from Taskflow and Foundation' error is thrown. Attached is a snapshot from log file.

The taskflow_multisolution.xml and foundation have the same solution id's and I did verify that. Please advise what could be the possible cause.
