Usage of SRT, WO Processing etc

Hi All,
Can someone help me to give details on "How to use SRT, provision work orders etc".

I tried to configure SRT, and I could see the Response Queues etc has been created successfully. But I couldn't get any article on "How to submit a work order via SRT". 

Please provide your inputs!
