is there a way to install two database instances on the same machine with the same SID????

hi everyone...

I need to install new oracle databse 11.2.0.3 on hp-ux server with current 11.2.0 installed database then do export/import using data pump...I need to find a way with minimum downtime to do this...so is there a way or workaround to install the new instance with the same SID?...
