What is and how to view an OLE Object type of attachment

(I am unsure this is the right forum to raise this query - but could not locate any forum for Application Object Library or System Admin).
I am querying an Item in The Inventory Organization form and then launching the attachment form.
I have found a record there which has a value in the Description Field,  and the Data Type is OLE Object.
The File or URL field is blank.

I would like to know what an OLE Object type of attachment is, and how to view/download the content of this type of attachment.

We are on 11.5.10.2
