Could not able to create legal entity due to unable to select Territory

Hi Guru's,

I am getting the below error when I try to create the legal entity in GL.

Error "The identifying jurisdiction for this territory was not found or is incomplete. Please go to the Setup tab to create an identifying jurisdiction for the territory, or verify if all the required attributes for identifying jurisdiction are set up correctly."

Please find the attachment for your reference and let me know the solution.
