Issue with Patch J4205328 & Short Cut Creation issue with Patch J4941477

We are on instance R12.1.3 whereas we have installed the Mobile GUI client with using Patch J4205328 into device MF9190. When we are filling the information in one filed then after clicking on Enter it is not going to other field. Like in PO Receiving after selecting or entering PO number and clicking Enter it should go to PO Line Number field directly. This is not happening and the curser is not coming to the field automatically until we using touch board do not click on that field. We have observed after initiating the Patch J4205328 the logo of oracle
