Disk replacement on x4240 Solaris 11 Express

Hi all,
I have a x4240 system wit Solaris 11 Express and several zpools installed.
(Yes, I know, i have to upgrade the Solaris to 11.1)

One Disk is faulty, so i have to replace it.

After the physical replacement, i'm not able to replace the disk in the zpool with "zpool replace datapool c8t8d0".
The output shows me, that the disk are not present in the Solaris. Thats true, the fromat-utility don't show the disk.
But in the ILOM, the disk are present and active.

I need your help, any ideas?
