Excel template not getting attached to concurretn Request.

Hello Gurus,

We are currently working on E-Business Suite 12.1.3.  Recently we applied patch  Patch:12415414 

to enable excel templates.

After this did the normal steps. a) Created a concurrent program that generates xml o/p.

b) used concurrent program's short name to create data definition.

c) created a template definition with type as excel and then loaded excel template.

On invoking concurrent program in SRS window, no template is getting attached (layout field is disabled and empty).

Please guide me regarding what could be the issue here.
