OTL: Transfer Time from OTL to BEE posting to wrong input values

Hi

We have noticed that the Transfer Time from OTL to BEE has posted the "Multipe" into a wrong input value after RUP 7 (we are on 11i) - earlier it used to post to Value_3 , now it is coming to Value_2. Any one has any idea on the fix for this?

We found the following Metalink ID - but not sure if it is the same issue.
