Is it possible to tar archived logs that are inside ASM +RECO diskgroup

Hello I would like to know if such thing is possible
Can you provide me some examples?

The reason I am asking is becauseI have to create a script to backup archived logs to some directory (for example /u01/backup) and then removed them from the source location.
