Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Report returns no data for wide periods

Hello, how are you doing? I hope well.

I have the following scenario:

When the custom report is run for one period, it returns data?
when run for the entire fiscal year, it returns data?

My questions are:

Why does this happen?
How can it be resolved?
would it matter if it was a custom report or seeded report?

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.
