Different Filesystem on AIX and Windows

 Hi,
We want to have following setup for same siebel application (enterprise):

1. Siebel Server 1 - AOM, EAI, WF etc... on AIX
2. Siebel Server 2 - Comm server, SSSE on Windows

Can we have different filesystems for AIX and Windows siebel servers? 
If not, what is the FS sharing option? Using SAMBA for FS (Unix filesystem) sharing on Windows is not supported in our client systems.
