Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

Auto lockbox programe is being errored out due to the below error message showing in log file.

Scoring model Id is NULL
Lockbox id is NULL.

Username:SQL*Loader-350: Syntax error at line 6.
Illegal combination of non-alphanumeric characters
WHEN RECORD_TYPE = ¿RR¿
