R12 Web ADI - The connection to the server is unavailable
Have 10 or more R12 Oracle GL users in our London Office (App installed on server in US). We just setup a new employee, they installed the excel add-in for ADI, and he can now get into ADI, but when he tries to upload the journal gets the following error: The connection to the server is unaviable. No other London users are getting this message.
What specific to this user should I check that may be causing this problem?
