Valid Grade not required for iRecruitment to populate grade

Hi

We are currently on R12.1.RUP4 EBS and are implementing iRecruitment. I'm not sure but I think I read somewhere that in a future version or RUP you don't need to populate the valid grade field in the positions for the grade to default into the iRec vacancy page when you select a position as INSTEAD it will use the value you select in the Grade field on Position (which actually makes more sense). So instead of the Grade field on Vacancy screen using HRMS Manager > Work Structures > Position > Description > Valid Grade [B] > Grade it will use  HRMS Manager > Work
