What are minimum required segment in COA

Hi,

What are minimum required segment in COA. Some sy 3 ( Balancing , Natural Account and Cost Center and


Others say  2 (Balancing , Natural Account) . Cost center is required only  if FA PA is implemented. This make sense because minimum required qulifiers are  Balancing and Natural account.


Any official Doc other than online articles?
