Cannot convert VM with OS has EFI System Partition or Unalocated

Dear All,
Since I cannot convert from physical machine using Window 2008R2 directly using Oracle VM Server 31.1 CD (always got error), I decide to convert by using third part tool (DiskP2V utility) instead but can only convert OS has System Reserve Partition but cannot convert other partition like EFI System Partition, Unalocated partition, ......

Please kindly give advice.
