Appraisal Type, Appraisal Function and connection

Hi

we want to use PMP, therefore you can add templates within the appraisal region , at the end you have to fill in appraisal type as well. What does it do.

We are facing problems with Appraisal function, where we personalized at function level, and now in PMP the templates do not accept some

function level personalisation.

So when no PMP, you start appraisal using create appraisal (functions in the background)

When using PMP, how does the system recognizes those appraisal functions?
