Cutt off date to purchase requisitions

 Hi,We need to give cutt off date to Purchase requisitons in  I-Procurement from ABC date to XYZ date and in case of emergencies Purchase requisition can be raised, this is the requirement.

This cutt off date is to be given in IProcurement.

Can any one please help me in solving this as this is the very necessary and urgent.
