OCI-22303: type "EID_OWNER"."ROLE750_T" not found

We are using an xml schema and keep getting this error.

OCI-22303: type "EID_OWNER"."ROLE750_T" not found    

All is fine as the schema owner.  Problem comes when application user is trying to execute some procedures. 

Granting execute any type seems to fix it, but that is a strong privilege.  Is there some other privileges I should be grnting to the application users to execute a type that belongs to the xml schema owner?
