FRM:40654 record has been updated requery block to see change in purchasing

 Hi,
i am facing this issue FRM:40654 record has been updated requery block to see change in purchasing

when buyer is entering the price in form.

we use iprocurement to raise a PR and buyer enter's price, when buyer is entering price or trying to make any changes he is facing this issue.

this is happening only for one user.

we are using oracle 12.0.4 version.

pleas help me in solving this issue as this is very critical.
