SETTING UP LOGICAL DATASOURCE - HOW run UBE in my PC - override location

Hi, I would like know how setting up a new/first logical data source?

step, documents, so on...

For test, I want to run some UBEs in my PC, and then in E1, but I don't know how to do this work.
